Elton John is coming to Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on October 7, 2006. Tickets go on sale Mon., July 31 at 10am.

Elton John and his band will appear live as part of his 2006 “The Captain and the Kid Tour” in historic Boardwalk Hall hosted by Caesars Atlantic City, Saturday, October 7, 2006 in his only area performance this Fall. "Caesars Atlantic City is excited to again host the amazing talents of Sir Elton John. This will surely be an exciting and memorable evening for all when he makes his return to Boardwalk Hall! We anticipate another sell out as was the case in 2003." said Ken Condon, Senior Vice President and General Manager. Elton John performs with his long-time band, Davey Johnstone on guitar; Guy Babylon on keyboards; Bob Birch on bass guitar; John Mahon on percussion; and Nigel Olsson on drums. The legendary career of Elton John has spanned more than three decades. By all measures, he is one of the world’s most successful touring artist and one of the top-selling solo artists of all time. Elton John has sold more than 200 million records worldwide, with 29 consecutive Top 40 Hits and 35 gold and 25 platinum albums. Elton is currently working on his new album, The Captain and The Kid, which will be released this Sept. This is the sequel to his triple platinum album “Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy,” which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with an expanded deluxe edition.
