Neptune, N.J.’s Nicole Atkins has a terrific new album on Columbia entitled Neptune City. The ten tracks on the melancholy singer-songwriter’s full-length debut recall the works of Chrissie Hynde, Amiee Mann and even Roy Orbison with their dreamy, orchestral and delicate moods. The video for the title track is gorgeous (so is the song) and includes some great Jersey Shore scenery. See what local points of interest you can pick out.
