Patsy’s Coming to Hilton
The Hilton has announced that sometime during Memorial Day Weekend (May 23–26), it will open a new eatery, Patsy’s Italian Restaurant.
Patsy’s executive chef and co-owner is Sal Scognamillo, who has rubbed elbows with plenty of celebrities, including Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett. Nicholas L. Ribis, vice chairman and partner of Resorts International Holdings LLC, is also an owner.
